Tokyo Starfish has a two week warranty policy on all oil pen cartridges. Please bring your cartridge and receipt to one of our stores so we can evaluate the problem. When in doubt about any product, bring it into our stores and we’ll do our best to take care of you and make sure you’re stoked.
Adults 21 and older can make edible marijuana products at home or receive them as gifts. Edibles may be used only at home or in private places.
You can’t buy marijuana in another state and bring it into Oregon, nor can you take it from Oregon across state lines. That includes to/from any other states with legalized recreational cannabis laws, such as to/from Washington, California, etc is not allowed. Taking marijuana across state lines is a federal offense.
Adults 21 and older can use recreational marijuana at home or on private property. You can’t use recreational marijuana in public places.
A good rule of thumb: If someone outside of your home can see you, you’re probably in public.
Driving under the influence of marijuana remains illegal. Driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) refers to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or drugged, including impairment from the use of marijuana. Please be responsible.
Adults 21 and older can grow up to 4 plants per residence, regardless of how many people live in the residence. For example, two adults in one residence can still only have 4 plants on that one property. Meaning, it’s not 4 plants per person.
Adults 21 and older can share or give away recreational marijuana, receive it as a gift, grow their own (4 plants per residence), or purchase it from an approved medical or recreational marijuana dispensary.
You can possess, use and buy recreational marijuana if you are 21 and older. If you are younger, it’s illegal.
In Oregon, it’s legal for adults 21 years and older to possess and use recreational marijuana (from approved recreational/medical marijuana dispensaries)… but there are limits.
